1) a 5 speed trans does not have any pumps, any clutch packs, torque converters, all it has are gears. If you are out of gear, it will only spin the rear set that is attached to the drive shaft. You know like when you are driving your Z? That rear set never stops moving, so the, "it'll kill the 5 speed" argument is fucking bullshit. Don't feed info if you have no idea what your talking about. 2) as long as the auto trans is out of gear, gee I dunno, like the NEUTRAL position, it's going to move EXACTLY LIKE A 5 SPEED. Yet again, don't feed info if you have no idea. 3) if your going to tow a Z, with a dolly, the question you should be asking is, how far, what kind of roads(hills, uphill, freeway). If your going to tow it with another Z, good luck with that. I didn't know Z's had a tow hitch! Hahahhaa. Disclaimer: Sorry if I offended anyone, I hate misinformation.
